Leadership Development
At Florida Tech we believe in providing our students with ample opportunity for leadership development. We believe this is best accomplished by providing students with both hands on experiences and through educational programs.
With nearly 100 recognized student organization all students have the opportunity to take an active leadership role on campus. The success of these organizations depends on the student leaders that operate them. Through both success and failure students learn what it takes to take the reigns of an organization. Through our L.E.A.D.S leadership development series to our F.U.T.U.R.E.S and E.M.E.R.G.E program for new students we try to provide education workshops and curriculum that enables students to broaden their leadership knowledge base.
