Florida Tech Announces Specialty License Plate
MELBOURNE, FLA.
Florida Institute of Technology's first
specialty license plate is now available
throughout the State of Florida. Check with
your local County auto tag agency for details.
The license plate depicts the university
mascot, the panther.
Florida Tech President Anthony J. Catanese
was the first to purchase the new plate
for his car. "Many of our alumni have
requested the specialty plate for years,"
he said. "Now alumni, faculty, staff
and students will have the opportunity to
ride with panther pride."
How to purchase your plate:
You will need to go to your local tax collectors office and ask for the Florida Institute of Technology specialty license plate. The representative will tell you the cost of the specialty plate which will be dependent on whether or not it is time for you to renew.
