The Newman Club is a Catholic presence at Florida Tech, Melbourne, Florida, and exists to serve the students, faculty and staff, as well as persons from the Melbourne area who share and assist in it's mission:
* to form a faith community where individuals can learn and become comfortable witnessing their Catholic faith
* to create among members a more enlightened mind and an appropriation of their Catholic faith
* to create among students, faculty, staff, and alumni of Newman an environment of social interaction and a spirit of community
* to demonstrate the teachings of Jesus Christ by service to the broader community
