Florida Institute of Technology is a private
institution, the cost of tuition is the
same for both in-state and out-of-state
students. The budget outlined below shows
the cost of attendance for the 2008-2009
academic year for full-time undergraduate
students. The Tuition charges are for the
year, and cover 12-19 hours per semester.

Facilities Fee ($250
per semester beginning Spring 2009) |
Students in the College of Aeronautics, taking flight courses, pay for flight fees on a “pay as you go” basis and are required to deposit a minimum of $2,000 on their Panther Access Card. The actual cost of a flight lesson is deducted from the student’s Panther Access Card at the time a flight is taken. The average annual cost for flight fees is estimated at $16,400. Students taking less than 12 or more than 19 semester hours of
class are charged $915 per semester hour.
