What career or personal update would you like to give to your fellow Florida Tech Panthers alumni?

I specialize in research and development projects for emerging technologies such as UAS, eVTOL, and AAM. With my experience at College of Aeronautics at FIT and over a decade of aviation experience, I have a deep understanding of airport operations, aviation planning, advanced air mobility and sUAS flight operations. Throughout my career, I've worked on a wide range of projects, including airport master plans, capital planning, environmental assessments, and land acquisition projects. I've also led enterprise-level sUAS integration programs for various client types, including commercial service airports and state DOTs. Currently, I lead research and development projects for the FAA, where I focus on developing standards and best practices for implementing sUAS in practical airport operations use cases. I also support advanced air mobility research initiatives which include developing vertiport design standards for eVTOL aircraft and assessing the impact of large UAS on existing airfield design standards. I'm also a trusted consultant to federal, state, and local entities, where I advise on the implementation and infrastructure challenges of emerging technologies in the advanced air mobility market.

What is your favorite Florida Tech memory?

Some of my most memorable moments at Florida Tech were times with some of the folks I met at CABE, the collegiate aviation business executives a student chapter for the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) I have formed life long friendships with some of the members during my time there and routinely run into other members at industry events and conferences.
