I was recently recognized (Promoted) for my efforts to continues to develop our sport (NASCAR) by pushing boundaries by designing, building, and executing temporary venues in iconic venues, cities, or settings. I also have started working with NASCAR Impact team, which is about community engagement as well as sustainability. Lastly, I will be featured in "Meet the Scientist" later in February at The Field Museum in Chicago for my work in NASCAR's first ever street race in the city of Chicago last July.
How did your time at Florida Tech help get you to where you are today?
Florida Tech help bring into focus what I wanted to do in my life and gave me the tools I needed to achieve both my personal and professional goals by forcing me out of my comfort zone and into the forward thinking person I am today.
What is your favorite Florida Tech memory?
My favorite memory when I look back on my time at Florida Tech was winning best in show at the Senior Showcase.
Was there a mentor or professor who had a big impact on you personally and/or professionally?
While I was in school, I never really told him as such, but Dr Paul Cosentino, was someone that set me on a path toward who I am today.
Please share any advice you have for current Florida Tech students.
