Jessica Scibilia, MA, BCBA, CBIS

Bio

Jessica Scibilia received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg Honors College and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009 and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist since 2010. Jessica has worked in varied capacities with children, families, and individuals with disabilities and their families for more than 20 years. As a Certified Behavior Analyst she provided services in a clinic- and residential-based post-acute rehabilitation program for adults and children with Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injury, has experience working with agencies providing services to individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, and has conducted applied behavior analysis research on multiple topics. She has presented at state and national conferences as both primary and supporting author. She has also served as supervisor for students seeking BACB certification in local and long-distance capacities, and served on the Board for the South Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis for 6 years. Currently Jessica is working on her PhD in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Management at Clemson University specializing in Recreation Therapy. She worked as an instructor with Clemson University’s Center for Behavior Analysis for nearly 10 years before joining the Florida Tech team of instructors in April 2024.
