Bio

James is a BCBA, Co-Instructor, and Co-Founder of Esports Behavioral Performance Coaching at Florida Institute of Technology. James earned his B.A. with Honors in Philosophy from Anglia Ruskin University in 2012 and M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and Organization Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 2021. James is currently working on his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech, focusing on dissemination in S.T.E.M.

James is also passionate about education, ethics, standards, and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI), believing that positive social change starts with the self and extends through work, study, recreation, and direct action.
