Bio

Ashley started in the field of behavior analysis at the University of Florida working with young children and become fascinated with the field through functional analysis research. She then went to graduate school at the University of North Texas where she developed a passion for working with adult clients in residential placements. Areas of expertise include assessing and treatment severe behavior of adults with developmental disabilities and performance management and training for professionals, front line staff, and caregivers.
