Lisa received her degree in Behavior Analysis, with a focus on Autism and Organizational Behavior Management, from Western Michigan University. She has previously provided supervision and training in clinical settings for individuals receiving behavioral services. Lisa currently works in instructional design, providing consultation to businesses in need of performance improvement. She specializes in eLearning and developing training courses for skills-based learning.
