Global Executive: Product, Tech Strategy, & Server Operations at Google
Monique oversees server-floor operations, data center planning, and staffing across Google’s global data center fleet.
Prior to this, Monique was Senior VP, Chief Strategy & Supply Chain Officer for Sam's Club where she was responsible for leading strategy, supply chain, and contact centers for the Sam’s Club business.
Monique has more than 25 years of experience, having served in leadership roles in both developed and developing countries. She has led multiple segments working across various business units within Procter & Gamble’s Product Supply organization.

Picou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern University and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Monique is currently on the College of Business Advisory Board at Florida Institute of Technology and the Network of Executive Women.
She is married with three children.
