Pricing and Payment
All of our services are self-pay. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
We accept most payment methods including health flex account cards (such as Ameriflex), all major credit and debit cards, and cash.
We build out evaluations based on your specific needs for testing, therefore our prices occasionally vary. We always discuss pricing with you before scheduling your first appointment.
While prices vary based on the amount of testing needed, our typical prices include:
- $400 for bariatric evaluation
- $800 for full diagnostic battery (such as full psychodiagnostic clarity evaluations)
