Misty oversees business operations, development and growth for Novel, a certified Woman Owned Small Business. She is a member of the Space Coast Tech Council, and Economic Development Commission of Florida's Space Coast, and Groundswell. Novel is an engineering service provider to the software and electronic industry. Their engineering team is comprised of software, electrical, systems and FPGA & PLD firmware engineers. They serve businesses in the aerospace, defense, space, healthcare, scientific, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
