Vice President, Operations Aerojet Rocketdyne
Angel Crespo serves as the Vice President of Operations within the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment at L3Harris Technologies.
In his current role, Crespo oversees the operations function across multiple locations, focusing on manufacturing engineering & assembly, quality and mission assurance, supply chain, continuous improvement, and environmental health & safety (EH&S). His leadership is pivotal in driving the segment's commitment to efficiency and profitability, aligning with the company's broader objectives and mission.
Before assuming his current position, Crespo was the Vice President of Engineering for the Space Systems Sector at L3Harris, where he provided strategic engineering leadership. His tenure at L3Harris began in 2021, following a notable role as the Program Director for Test and Support Products (T&SP) on the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM) at Lockheed Martin. There, he was instrumental in maintaining the integrity of test and support products for the longstanding FBM contract.

Crespo also served as the Director of the Eastern Range site at Lockheed Martin, ensuring operational excellence and performance.
Crespo's extensive experience in operations management includes his time at Spirit AeroSystems, where he was the Director of Operations for the Boeing 737 aerostructure sections manufacturing. His career also encompasses a significant period at Raytheon Missile Systems, where he managed the Redstone Missile Integration facility in Huntsville, Alabama, as the Site Manager.
An advocate for engineering education and talent development, Crespo actively champions recruitment efforts at the University of Puerto Rico, encouraging engineering students to explore career opportunities with L3Harris.
Angel Crespo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
