Meet the Alumni Engagement Specialist Team

"The Alumni Engagement Specialist team consists of young adult students who vigorously engage with alumni making sure to eliminate any gap between the alumni and the college. We tend to provide many opportunities for alumni to stay connected with the university. Additionally, the alumnus's contribution has played a vital role in keeping the engagement and growth towards advancement for the college-going. We are here to serve as a common platform between current students, alumni, and even parents and serve a common goal to stay connected! Our team strives to spread positivity and joy within the Panther community while making sure the right thing reaches the right person at the right place. Stay engaged! Stay connected!" - Zulfa Sultana, Annual Giving Manager

I am originally from Bangladesh, and I have built my career in the U.S.A. from scratch with satisfying quick success in my line of work. Bangladesh is well-known for its six disciplined seasons and naturally preserved prominent rainforest - Sundarbans - with the presence of the Royal Bengal Tigers. Bangladesh is also known for its richness in food; hence, I am quite the cook. My country celebrates tons of fun festivities that involve bringing families together and is one of the top exporters to the U.S.A.

I received my master's degree in business administration in marketing and had my research paper published with CBERUK & in ResearchGate in 2019. With extensive professional hands-on experience in the business field and excellent academic results, I am currently pursuing a DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) at the Florida Institute of Technology. While I take my work and academics seriously, I am a goofball at heart! I'm a proud Dog mom! My furbabies fill my life. I am a fan of all types of music. You can often find me humming lyrics to myself. I love to dance and enjoy bowling in my spare time. I am a big fan of diversity and proud to be multi-lingual. I am always passionate about learning new cultures and their languages.
