Bio

Peter Sack is the founder and principal partner of Sound Oceanics, a multi-discipline marine survey company based in Houston, Texas. Sound Oceanics performs marine Geophysical, Geotechnical, and Oceanographic surveys worldwide. Before founding Sound Oceanics, Peter worked for Compagnie Générale de Géophysique for 20 years as Manager of Engineering and in various engineering and management roles.

Peter is also co-founder of Technical Marketplace Services, which develops web-based sharing platforms for sharing technical and industrial equipment.

Along with Houston, Peter has lived and worked in Bergen, Norway, Baku, Azerbaijan, and Singapore. He resides in Vancouver, BC, with his wife and two children.
