Bio

Stuart Borton has been Chef and owner (with his wife Nancy) of Yellow Dog Café in Malabar, Florida, for over 25 years. He grew up in Michigan, served in the United States Army, and opened his first restaurant in Adelaide, Australia. Upon returning home, Stuart met Nancy Tinio at Disney World, married, and moved to Brevard County. He has been a business owner in Brevard County since 1993, when he opened a restaurant in Micco. The Yellow Dog Café opened in 1997. Stuart continues to stay very active in Brevard County and surrounding areas, supporting many groups from schools, colleges, veterans, law enforcement, and fire departments. Stuart has served as past chairman for the Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and is a board member in the Space Coast Chapter of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.
