Cliff Bragdon
Bio
Dr. Clifford Bragdon was the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives, Executive Director of Florida Tech Research Park, and Distinguished Research Professor at the Florida Institute of Technology. Previously, he was the Associate Provost and Dean of the University College.
Before Florida Tech, Dr. Bragdon was Director and Vice-President of the National Aviation Transportation Center and Dean for the School of Aviation and Transportation at Dowling College, Long Island, New York.
For 21 years, Dr. Bragdon served as Full Professor, Associate Dean, Associate Vice President, and Assistant to the President at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia. While at Georgia Tech, he was also the Executive Director of AMCEE, the Association for Media-based Continuing Engineering Education. Engineering-based universities included MIT, Stanford University, Purdue University, University of Florida, Arizona State University, and Georgia Tech, among others.
For 12 years in Atlanta, he was also on the Emory University faculty as a clinical visiting professor in the College of Medicine and, subsequently, the Emory Rollins School of Public Health.
