She works with her clients to strategize how to ensure that they are creating a continuous listening strategy that aligns with their key business priorities, all while ensuring they effectively hear and further act upon the voices within the organization.

In addition to her work as a consultant, Liz has been teaching both online and in the classroom since 2007. She has taught both undergraduate and graduate courses and designed many of the courses currently being taught here at Florida Tech.

Liz and her husband, Patrick, live in Viera, FL, with their three children: Madelyn, Colin, and Preston. They enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. All three of their children are active in sports and within the community, so weekends are usually spent on the court or field! Additionally, the family is a huge fan of live sports, and they are frequently found at the Orlando Magic games.
