Housing and Meal Plan Application Portal
Applications for housing and meal plans are handled in the Housing and meal Plan Application Portal. You will be required to log in to the portal using your Tracks username and password.
All applicants must pay their $100 non-refundable housing fee before the application can be submitted.
Housing Assignments are made in the order in which applications are submitted. Housing availability is guaranteed for freshmen only. We cannot guarantee housing for graduate, transfer or returning students of any class standing.
All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan.
New Freshmen, Graduate and Transfer Students
All new students must pay the $300 tuition deposit in order to access the housing and meal plan application portal. The tuition deposit can be paid through the Admitted Student Portal. Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive access within 2-3 business days.
Housing availability is guaranteed for freshmen only. We cannot guarantee housing for graduate or transfer students.

Housing Exemption
Students who have not completed their two-year residency requirement, but want to live-off campus must submit a Housing Exemption Request for approval.

Application Opens: October 1, 2024
Application Closes: January 22, 2025
Housing Assignment Notifications
- Applications submitted by November 28, 2024 will receive their housing assignment by December 5, 2024.
- Applications submitted by December 16, 2024 will receive their housing assignment by December 20, 2024.
- Applications submitted after December 17, 2024 will receive their housing assignment by January 6, 2025.
Students are approved to move-in to their assigned campus housing on Thursday, January 9 2025.
Application Opens for New Students (Freshmen, Transfer and Graduate): November 1, 2024
Application Opens for Returning Students: November 19, 2024
Application Closes for All Students: September 15, 2025 (or once all allotted beds for non-freshmen students have been filled)
Housing Assignment Notifications
Advanced notification of building assignment will be shared with students who submitted application by the following dates:
- Applications submitted by January 28, 2025 will receive their building assignment by February 5, 2025.
- Applications submitted by April 4, 2025 will receive their building and room assignment by April 10, 2025.
- Applications submitted by June 10, 2025 will receive their building, room, and roommate assignment by June 17, 2025.
All roommate requests must be submitted by June 1 to be considered for final housing assignments.
Applications submitted after June 10 will be notified within three weeks of submitting their application.
Students who complete their housing application by February 23, 2025 will receive a randomized time slot for the online room selection.
Room selection time slots will be released on February 26, 2025.
Roommate group information must be submitted by February 23, 2025. All confirmed roommates will get the same room selection time.
Online Room Style selection begins March 4, 2025 and ends March 12, 2025. Students will be granted access starting at their designated timeslot.
Students will be notified of their final building placement and roommates by June 17, 2025.
