How to Access Training

Open an email from HSI Customer Care and follow the link provided or click on the following link to Access HSI.

New students will receive an email via Slate regarding the required compliance courses, please follow the instructions provided.

Upon hire, new employees will receive an email from Human Resources indicating the courses they need to complete in order to meet regulatory standards with Florida Tech.
Log in to HSI using your TRACKS credentials.
You will be redirected to the HSI training portal dashboard where you will see your required courses.
Click the "Launch" button next to a course to get started.
You must complete all sections in order to complete the exam.
From the dashboard, click the "My Transcripts" button to see your completed courses.

Use the following link to Access HSI.
Log in to HSI using your TRACKS credentials.
On your training dashboard, click "View Catalog" to view a list of all additional resources available to you.
Click the "Launch" button next to the desired course to get started.

Use a laptop or desktop, mobile devices can cause issues.
Google Chrome or Firefox are the recommended browsers. Safari is not a compatible browser.
Make sure you are using the most recent version of your operating system and browser. Pending updates may need to be completed before you can proceed with training.
Restart your browser. (Mac users should quit the browser fully and restart.)
Clear your browser's cache.
Make sure third party cookies are not being blocked by your browser.
