Name Badges
Preferred Badge
Name badges can be ordered directly from the outside vendor, Marketing World (Vernon). Simply provide the vendor with an Excel sheet with the name, title and office/department, and the information will be typeset in the approved layout, shown below.

- Minimum order is 10 badges
- If a department chooses to leave some badges in reserve (minimum order is 10, but department only needs 6), the vendor will store the extras for a future order.
- Turnaround time is roughly 10 business days.
Alternate Badge
For departments that require frequent badge orders and fast turnaround, the recommended alternative is a reusable hard plastic cover. These can be ordered in bulk from Amazon or other retailers. Creative Services can design a paper template with fillable name fields to print on demand.
