Service Requests
Do you need a new website or page, content updates, changes to your content management team or help presenting information on your website? Please submit a service request and the Web Services team can help.
Web Services processes website and email service requests using Lytho Workflow, formerly known as inMotion ignite. Please use this system for all Web Services requests.
Deadlines
Service Request deadlines are restricted to ensure that sufficient time is available to complete your request. If you have a project that needs to be completed before the earliest available deadline, please submit your Service Request and email webservices@fit.edu to let us know about your project’s timeline.
Training
Content Management System
Terminal Four (T4) Content Management System (CMS) training is required for all editors.
Web Accessibility
Web Accessibility training is required for all editors and will be assigned through the HSI Learning Management System when editing access is requested.
This training is also available for on demand enrollment in the HSI platform under the name "Web Accessibility Training".
Faculty Profiles
Faculty with access to their faculty profile only will be exempt from additional training requirements.
Faculty members should familiarize themselves with the faculty profile editing guide to ensure they are able to independently manage their profiles.
