Construction Management Scholarships

Construction Industry Advisory Board (CIAB) Endowment: Nearly 30 local construction companies contributed to create the CIAB endowment. Monies received through the endowment are used to assist the Construction Management program at Florida Tech, and for providing scholarships to outstanding students in the Construction Management program.

The W+J scholarship is annually sponsored by the W+J Construction Company for a Construction Management undergraduate student.

The Tom Franz scholarship is an annual scholarship sponsored by Holiday Builders, a regional homebuilder headquartered in Melbourne. Mr. Franz was a construction management professional for many years in the area who actively supported construction management education. Two scholarships are awarded annually to Construction Management undergraduate students.
