Cayuse Research Administration Suite

In its ongoing efforts to support the submission of proposals to external sponsors, Florida Tech has invested in a set of tools from the Cayuse Research Administration Suite.  The Cayuse Research Suite is a connected cloud-based research suite that is designed to simplify the preparation and electronic submission of proposals (pre-award) as well as other research administration processes such as animal oversight, intellectual property (inventions), outside interested, and human ethics.  

There is currently a training environment (sandbox) available for faculty wishing to learn how to use the system. If interested in obtaining access to the sandbox, please email osp_proposals@fit.edu to ask for access. A username and login will be emailed to you shortly after processing the request.

Researchers will have access to the proposal system using their Tracks login via the link below beginning January 1, 2025.
