The mission of the Staff Advisory Council is to enhance employee morale, improve the work environment by identifying current work issues and challenges, and offer suggestions to the president for positive changes in this regard.
Staff Ombudspeople
We are pleased to provide three new ombudspeople to serve the university staff. Each provides a new opportunity for support for the staff of Florida Tech.
The Ombuds Office is a confidential, impartial, informal and independent resource for the Florida Tech community to discuss questions or concerns related to the university and review possible options for resolution.

The President’s Staff Advisory Council has an annual membership selection process and applications from interested new member candidates are accepted year-round. A diverse range of opinions and ideas adds value to the council. Your voice can help us achieve our mission!
