Panther Peer Mentor Program (PPMP)
Department: Student Affairs
PPMP is a peer mentoring program that accepts students of all backgrounds and ages. PPMP comprises upper-level Florida Tech students who serve as peer mentors for incoming & returning students, known as peer mentees. Over the semester, mentees can build meaningful relationships with their mentors and better adjust to their new surroundings. The program offers a valuable opportunity for both parties, as mentees receive guidance and support while mentors gain leadership experience and make a positive impact on their peers.
