About The Series

The Ocean Engineering and Marine Sciences (OEMS) Seminar Series features campus and guest speakers covering topics related to ocean sciences. Past topics have covered everything from gulf stream energy, rip-tides, maritime history and biofouling. The seminars are designed to enhance the  graduate student experience, but all students, faculty and the public are warmly welcomed to attend.

Parking Directions

It is suggested to park in the lot adjacent to the Frueauff Building off of Backcock St. across from the Southgate Residence Halls. Take the south covered-bridge west toward Evans Library. The auditorium is adjacent to the library.
